1. Parties and scope

App Sys Cloud provides application analytics advisory services for cloud-hosted systems. These terms govern use of this website and, together with a written proposal or statement of work, any paid engagement.

2. Informational pricing

Prices shown on this site are informational estimates. They are not offers and do not create a binding contract until both parties accept a scoped proposal.

3. No payment processing on this site

This website does not process payments or host checkout. Invoices, if any, are issued separately under the engagement agreement.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to agreed systems and data, and named contacts for scheduling. Delays in access may extend timelines.

5. Deliverables and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, you receive a licence to use engagement deliverables for your internal operations. Our methods, templates, and pre-existing materials remain our property.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect confidential information received during an engagement and use it only for performing or receiving the services.

7. Acceptable use of the website

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse forms, or scrape content for competing commercial datasets without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Advisory findings are based on information available during the engagement window. We do not warrant uninterrupted application availability or specific business outcomes. Liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by Hong Kong law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
